We are immediately looking for a skilled Collections Officer to join our team.

We are immediately looking for a Collections Officer to join our Main Office team. The ideal candidate will assist in preserving the credit union’s assets by:

• Communicating effectively and professionally and with a collaborative attitude,
• Contacting members, via phone/email, when they are past due on a loan/deposit account,
• Collecting delinquent loan payments, making payment arrangement, and/or recovering collateral,
• Monitoring delinquent loan accounts (i.e., consumer, mortgage, credit card),
• Documenting conversations in the Collections system,
• Operating within department policies and procedures and/or applicable regulations.
