Monitor accounts daily.
Identify outstanding account receivables.

Resolve billing issues.

Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
Update account status records
Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
Update contractors on payment status
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excel Knowledge
