Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in civil court cases, managing all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
· Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
· Research and analyze legal issues, laws, and regulations for clients.
· Draft and file legal documents, including lawsuits, appeals, and legal briefs.
· Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in legal disputes.
· Clearly and promptly communicate with staff and clients.
· Organization in all areas of practice.
Requirements:
· Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid Pennsylvania attorney’s license.
· Proven experience in criminal law, with a track record of successful case management and courtroom advocacy.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Commitment to justice and a compassionate understanding of clients' situations.
