```Job Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in records management, customer service, possess excellent computer literacy skills, and be proficient in administrative tasks. As an Administrative Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Mini-Cassia Jail.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining property inventory
- Process inmate mail and documents
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Take and process inmate bonds
- Become a notary public
- Work with vendors to arrange repairs to facility systems

- Receive deliveries to the facility
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- File and scan documents

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Be able to gain security clearance within the facility
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to maintain Jail Logs.
