Critical Care Director directs the staff and programs of the critical care unit. Develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for critical care services and programs. Being a Critical Care Director ensures quality care to patients. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Critical Care Director typically reports to top management. The Critical Care Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Critical Care Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities
    • Provide overall leadership on Mission Critical Center for Excellence
    • Manage strategic initiatives, business planning, client relations and oversight of data center projects
    • Actively participates in leadership roles during district initiatives and project pursuits.
    • Maintains excellent industry stakeholder relationships along with actively participating in industry associations to create opportunities, expand our brank and create new work opportunities.
    • Lead the effort to identify and qualify high-potential project opportunities and assists in securing new work by investigating leads, participating in estimates, working with subcontractors and/or participating (leading) in proposals and presentations.
    • Compile and prepare information for monthly operations report and long-range year end planning on major project initiatives.
    Qualifications
    • 15 years Mission Critical experience
    • Data Center experience required
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline
    • Business Development experience essential
    • Demonstrated experience leading effective project meetings with customer, consultants, and internal employees; experience presenting at client meetings or for project pursuit.
    • Superior relationship management with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, leading to negotiated or repeat work.

    The salary range for this position is $215,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus
