The Critical Care Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Critical Care Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Job Description

    Advocate Aurora Health is recruiting for an intensivist for our 24-bed general critical care and 12-bed neuro critical care unit.  Aurora BayCare Medical Center is a level II trauma, 167-bed hospital.

     Highlights:

    2016 hours is required annually for full-time

    Full-time and part-time opportunities are available

    Staffing model is 7 on, 7 off with 50% of shifts being at night 

    Base salary $469K plus signing bonus and relocation
