Being a Critical Care Director ensures quality care to patients. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Critical Care Director typically reports to top management. The Critical Care Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Critical Care Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Occupational Therapist (OT) organizes, creates, and executes occupational therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs. He/she encourages client participation in tasks and therapies designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance independence and productivity following illness or injury. The Occupational Therapist serves the geriatric population.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Determine appropriate OT/Occupational Therapy patients, create an individualized treatment plan (long and short-term goals) and make adjustments as necessary
- Master's degree, or higher, in Occupational Therapy from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Occupational Therapy license, or pending, in the state
