As the Director of Critical Nursing, you will not only oversee the functions of an 8-bed ICU, 10 bed Med/Surg floor, and a 20 bed Med/Tele Unit, but also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on fiscal management, staffing ratios, quality assurance, performance improvement, and planning of professional development. 

Nurses with a BSN and proven tenure in ICU Nursing, as well as progressive leadership, will earn a quick interview! CCRN’s will also stand out to the CNO, who this role reports to!  This Nurse Leader of Critical Care Services will have the Nurse Manager of Medical Surgical as well as ICU Nurse Managers reporting to them.  There will also be Nurse Educators for support.
