Your Role:
As the Membership Success Manager, you will be the driving force behind cultivating and
nurturing our CSA Corporate Membership Community. Your primary focus will be to understand
the unique needs of our members and guide them through the full spectrum of benefits available
to them. Through strategic initiatives, you will foster engagement, facilitate networking
opportunities, and promote ongoing education about emerging technologies and trends in cloud
security. As an ideal candidate, you have a history that demonstrates your passion for building
relationships, are highly organized, and have extensive experience managing projects with
multiple stakeholders. You will be able to use your attention to detail, program management
experience, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality results. Your energy
comes from connecting with people and uncovering their stories. You will help drive CSA to
support and drive our Membership Community.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement program to drive member participation
and satisfaction.
● Utilize various channels, including digital platforms and direct outreach, to connect with
members, build strong relationships, and identify their priorities for participation in CSA.
● Act as a liaison between members and internal departments, providing valuable insights and
feedback to enhance member experience.
● Coordinate and assist with leading networking events, webinars, and other activities to
facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the community.
● Monitor and analyze member engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement targeted strategies.
● Support new and renewing member onboarding by helping organizations navigate our
resources and events
● Act as the ongoing point of contact for members on participation and administrative matters.
● Support the Sales Team with post-sales activities and drive member engagement that results
in membership renewals.
● Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships.
● Build the organizational network through targeted outreach with the existing membership and
strong project planning
● Provide regular updates to the Director of Member Success and the Chief Customer Officer
on the member community and advise on how the team can help strengthen the membership
community and improve the value proposition for members.
Qualifications:
● Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships in a professional setting.
● Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
simultaneously.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas
clearly and effectively.
● Previous experience in program management or customer success roles preferred.
● Passion for technology and a keen interest in the field of cloud security.
● A demonstrated history of the appropriate use of critical thinking to solve problems.
● Evidence of skills successful for self-motivation and functioning independently/
● The ability to assemble and present compelling presentations to C-Level recipients.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
