EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid Tennessee Unarmed Guard Certification within 14 days of employment
• De-escalation Class within 8 weeks of employment
• Defensive Tactics Class within 8 weeks of employment
• First Aid One Certification within 8 weeks of employment
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Working knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Basic computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
• Must not have been convicted of any crime for which registration is required 

• Work will include indoor and/or outdoor areas. Must have the ability to withstand high and low temperatures
• Involves constant public contact, Fast paced, high volume, high energy
• Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy etc. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. access.  Tasks are performed from a non-sitting and sitting position.  Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp.
• These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
• Work may entail trained chemical usage.
• Constant contact with guests and fellow Team Members is required.
• Able to wear and use a portable radio and headset.
• Willing to work in a loud and smoke filled environment.
• Schedule could exceed 30 hours per week and may include overtime when approved by management
• Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to be exposed to daylife/nightlife environmental factors including but not limited to second-hand smoke, excessive noise, flashing/strobe lights, and stress levels related to interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment.
