Golf Course Grounds Staff (Full Time & Part-Time)

Morgans Crossing is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our grounds crew for the upcoming golf season. This job will require you to take part in all aspects of grounds keeping and maintenance of the golf course. Position Summary
The grounds staff is responsible for maintaining the golf course, mowing the lawn, bunker maintenance, and general course set up. Grounds staff is required to be able to complete various tasks throughout their workday.

Responsibilities & Duties

Mowing, fairways, lawns
Spring/Fall cleanup
Sand trap maintenance
Raking/maintaining bunker
General course set-up
Trimming, debris blowing
Other general maintenance tasks
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

General Physical Requirements

Must be able to physically perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
Must be able to lift between 20-50lbs independently
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend for prolonged periods
Must be able to push/pull, squat
Physical mobility sufficient to move about the work environment
No severe allergic reaction to dust or pollen
Ability to make valid judgments and decisions
Ability to work in adverse conditions such as heat, rain, etc.

General Working Conditions

Outdoors working environment
Complete manual labor for the entire shift

General Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30 pm; Must be available either Saturday or Sunday (negotiable). Usually a 3 to 4 hours am shift. Part time employee should have a flexible schedule.

Base Pay: $15/hour Required Experience: Preferred but not required
FLSA Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
