Job Purpose:
Responsible for sharpening various types of milling cutters, drills, taps or turning tools as required, manufacturing special form relieved cutters, maintaining the inventory of cutter grinding supplies. Perform routine maintenance on equipment including CNC and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Maintains quality standards and records quality results.

Analyzing Information, Manufacturing Methods, and Procedures.
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)beneficial
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, analytical and shop math skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to use measuring equipment – calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, depth gauges, & size blocks.
Required experience:
4-5 years’ manufacturing experience
Aerospace experience helpful
3-5 years’ Cutter Operator and Die Cutting experience
