Crushing, Grinding, and Mixing Machine Operator jobs in Schenectady, NY

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain crushing equipment, including crushers, screens, and conveyors.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on crushers and associated equipment.
• Adjust crusher settings and conveyor belts to achieve desired product specifications.
• Safely and efficiently feed material into crushers and move finished product to designated areas.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Crusher Operator or similar role in the sand and gravel industry.
• Knowledge of crusher equipment, including troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
