Oversees skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Manager consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Manager provides outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Participates in the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training. Establishes metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs. May select and manage vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. We are currently seeking a Curriculum Development Manager reporting to the VP, Sales Enablement, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly passionate and motivated to change the Construction Industry for the better using data and technology and have proven experience defining a strategy for, creating and delivering training content using a variety of modalities.
You will own the design and creation of e-learning to support the sales team’s understanding of products, process, systems and tools to do their jobs.
Your top goals will be to define a strategy for creating and delivering training content using a variety of modalities for the sales organization by working closely with Enablement and Sales Leadership as well as internal subject matter experts. You will understand and prioritize learning needs and create engaging and interactive training to address these learning gaps.
