Curriculum Specialist designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Specialist consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are seeking a Fitness Delivery Driver/Equipment Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and delivering fitness equipment for our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As a delivery/installer, tools and transportation will be provided. Outstanding mechanical skills are a must, and great people skills are needed too. You do not necessarily have to have experience with these machines to get started. Almost any mechanical job could translate into this kind of work. The more experience you have, the better, but your potential will also be considered.
