Curriculum Specialist, Sr. designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Specialist, Sr. consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist, Sr. writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. The Marketing Project Specialist, Sr is responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to Marketing campaigns. The Marketing Project Specialist, Sr identifies tasks that need to be completed within a Marketing campaign and strategically delegates those tasks to the appropriate team members. They also serve as a liaison for their resources/vendors and for project stakeholders, manage campaign budgets, create project timelines, and communicate status/milestones. This position requires a high level of daily collaboration across the Marketing team to resolve project, priority, resource and/or scheduling conflicts; as well as with agencies/vendors to ensure specifications and deadlines are met and to manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project management, time management, an eye for detail and problem-solving skills are essential. Essential FunctionsProject Management: Managing and overseeing a portfolio of large marketing projects from beginning to end; ensuring defined project processes are followed. Key activities include: Develop detailed production plans and monitor progress throughout each project. Document project details, including risks, timeline, and requirements specifications. Communicate project deliverables, issues, risks, and progress to the core team and key partners. Coordinate and manage meetings among various teams and lead group discussions towards desired solutions.Marketing Portfolio Management: Lead a forum across Marketing to facilitate project prioritization/scope identification and drive marketing calendar and roadmap development for KPI achievement. Monitor and evaluate portfolio progress to ensure priority commitments are met; risks are documented, assigned, and mitigated. Ensure alignment, communication, transparency, and strategic discussions across teams. Provide oversight and coordination of cross-Marketing processes including intake, workflow, and execution. Monitor feedback from the marketing team to improve processes and promote efficiency. Ensure necessary resource and capacity allocation utilizing internal and external resources. Assist with Marketing Operations Management.Administrative duties: Attend seminars and classes; provide written status reports as required; attend staff meetings as required.Team Development: Provide support and direction to new team members and serve as a mentoring peer when necessary.Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.QualificationsMinimum Formal Qualifications for this PositionBachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Information Systems, Communications, or similar related field.3 years' combined experience in project management relating to media, marketing, and/or agency services1 years' experience managing processes and resources; ability to develop lean, agile processes.1 years' experience in Marketing and / or Advertising. Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2 years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience. Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates personal accountability, character, and confidence in time management to: Exhibit organizational and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and project objectives. Able to prioritize workload to serve organizational needs. Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
