POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for overall cleanliness of the casino floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Service, clean, or supply restrooms hourly.

•Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

•Gather and empty trash and ashtrays. Take trash to compactor. 

•Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

•Must thoroughly understand the PECR Bloodborn Pathogern Procedures and be able to perform the cleaning dutiesas it pertains to Bloodborn Pathogens according to established regulations and procedures.

•Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. 

•Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. 

•Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

•Dust furniture, walls, machines (front and tops), or equipment. Clean money bins and in between machines.

•Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. 

•Remove snow from sidewalks (when applicable). 

•Follow all casino policies and procedures and chain of command. 

•All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Less than high school education

Experience: No prior experience necessary

Other: Must pass a State and Federal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
