Custom Delivery Services is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground and has openings for drivers to use their OWN vehicle to deliver FedEx Ground packages. The way it works is an existing employee of ours would shuttle the packages out to you if you are in a rural area, or you would go directly to the terminal to pick up your load for the day.

The pay is $17 - $20 per hour. This is an employee (W2) position. You will be paid via direct deposit every Friday. Every driver will be provided a scanner and you will need a smart phone to download a delivery app, which will map out your daily route for you and provide GPS from stop to stop.

Below are the requirements for the program:

-Must be 21 years of age
-Must be able to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
-Must have a Valid Driver's License
-Although most of our packages are under 25lbs, applicant must be able to lift 75 pounds and occasionally move 100 pounds with assistance of a cart

Vehicle Requirements:

-Valid registration and insurance
-Vehicle GVWR under 10k LBS. This is basically any passenger car. Mini Vans, Suv's, and Pickup trucks with covered bed that locks.
-Vehicle less than 10 years old (MUST be 2012 to current)
-Rental Vehicles are not allowed.
-Clean vehicle appearance without any offensive bumper stickers etc.
