Receive hands on experience and technical skills by handling many types of machinery and performing routine equipment maintenance. Operate a sprayer or airflow to safely apply crop protection and crop nutrient products for our customers.

Requirements

Qualifications Required: 

• Able to operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment. 
• Have excellent verbal communication skills when working with co-workers and customers. 
• Able to work additional hours, including evening and weekend hours during the busy season. 

Qualifications Preferred:

• Attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements and        maintain commercial insurability.
• Able to lift moderate to heavy (60 pounds) items on a regular basis, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.
