Job Description
Job Title: Postform Fabricator
Summary: To fabricate parts in accordance with specifications by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Operate Striebig saw, Postform saw, chop saw, table saw, sanders, and nail guns.*2. Ability to read customer orders, templates and pay close attention to detail.*3. Rout and file end caps.*4. Rout clipped corners, eased corners, bullnoses, and sink cut outs.*5. Assemble mitres and buttjoints.*6. Maintain Postform inventory, including caps and sidesplashes.*7. Manage workload and meet production guidelines.*8. Reports any malfunctions or equipment problems to management.*9. Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.*10. Maintains clean, orderly and safe work areas at all times.*11. Ability to read tape measure quickly and accurately.*12. Don’t assume anything, ask if you are unsure.13. No smoking within 25SF of the building, in company vehicles, or at customer jobsites.14. Safety glasses must be worn while operating power tools.15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one year related experience as an installer in similar field, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
