POSITION DETAILS

We are seeking a customer service representative who will act as a liaison to provide information about our product/services, this will be done in person, telephone and email interactions. Be driven to resolve and anticipate any emerging challenges for our customers with courtesy, accuracy and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate is someone genuinely excited to help customers and provide superior service. In order to do this, this person needs to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Corvallis Custom is looking for the person who loves to engage in conversation to both learn the customers needs, and explain Corvallis Customs products and services. We need someone who can put themselves in our customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. We will count on you to be consistent in seeking customer feedback to allow us to quickly identify and improve our processes and procedures. Must possess both a creative and practical approach to problem-solving to meet the needs of our customers. Continue to seek necessary information by investigating and troubleshooting to gain enough information to resolve customer’s concerns.

This role is extremely detail-oriented and a candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional skill in developing processes and procedures within existing systems. This position plays a key role in our success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project status in our CRM, progress projects rapidly, following up with customers to ensure project requirements are met.

• First to answer telephone lines, screen and forward calls, and provide information to sales representatives and managers.

• Manages customer service email: respond, assign, and forward incoming requests as necessary.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly, processes, and forward incoming requests as needed.

• Various administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales & Marketing department.

• Greet anyone entering the store and others in the office based on the purpose of visit.

• Handle incoming requests with professionalism and courtesy.

• Gather all necessary customer information, including detailed information.

• Process customer orders through face-to-face interaction, phone, social media and email.

• Possess a strong knowledge of all our products.

• Maintain the highest level of accuracy and service to clients.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.

• Excellent time management, planning, organizing, and decisions making needed.

• Must be able to interact with a diverse group of people effectively in varied situations, this requires strong communication skills, maintaining flexibility, objectivity and a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be able to provide full attention to what others are saying, seeking to understand the points being made, asking appropriate questions, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

• Must act in a pleasant, courteous, and respectful manner to all times to both internal and external customers.

• Must be self motivated with proven problem solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years customer service experience.

• 1 years office experience.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to simultaneously answer multiple phone calls, process quotes and manage time.

• Computer literacy is required. Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook

• Technologically intuitive; experience using different data and Point of Sale systems.

• Demonstrate ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work.

• Must be self-motivated, and able to execute multiple tasks.

• Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient.

• Desire and willingness to learn new things and take on new projects

• High School diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)..

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
