Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store in Moultrie, Ga. With previous experience in floor design, flooring materials, and flooring plans. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shopping experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in flooring or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale systems
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets
