Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. The STS Project Engineer performs highly advanced portfolio project management work and technical activities required on DIR’s Shared Technology Services (STS) program, including the Data Center Services, Managed Security Services, and Texas.gov Services programs. This position acts as the Project Engineering technical contact and working counterpart to the service delivery tower leads and technical architects from these STS service providers. This position facilitates effective project implementation, communication, planning, requirements definition, issue escalation, and collaboration and information sharing among DIR, multiple service providers, and other stakeholders regarding a suite of projects and portfolios. This position works with the Director of STS Project Engineering to ensure adherence to timely delivery, quality standards, performance metrics, and continuous process improvement. Works under limited direction of the Director of STS Project Engineering with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
