Are you the (IT) Project Manager who can help us make our grass even better?

Working together with the business, you will translate its organizational goals into project objectives to achieve a successful outcome that your project team can be more than proud of! Throughout the project, you will maintain an overview and manage expectations with stakeholders. You strive to deliver a top performance, and of course, you won't do it alone.

In your projects, you combine organizational and leadership skills to achieve the best possible results. You not only build and maintain a relevant network within the TenCate companies but, when necessary, also establish contacts outside the organization.

Your qualities as an IT Project Manager:

• Not just a born organizer, but you can also lead and motivate a project team.
• You are willing to take responsibility and have a passion for creating satisfied (internal) customers.
• Driven to achieve the best results, keeping in mind the intentions of various stakeholders, project groups, and steering committees.
• Excellent communication skills, creating clear expectations within the companies regarding the IT project.
• Comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving, with a variety of IT projects and business types.

In addition, you have:

• Bachelor's degree with a specialization in IT.
• Preferably, several years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and written skills.
