Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. The schedule for this position is flexible and we work with your school schedule! The position requires 15-20 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Developer Internship: provides students a valuable experience with real world applications. Applicants will be involved throughout the entire development life cycle of an application and work on identifying and analyzing any problems with the help of Software Engineer Mentor.
Network Administrator Intern: will assist in the day-to-day administration; support and ongoing enhancement of Menard, Inc.’s network (LAN, WAN, Wireless) infrastructures. Applicants will be responsible for assisting with the tasks of installation of the Physical Plant, configuration and testing of multi-vendor network equipment. May require traveling to remote offices during the summer.
Infrastructure Platforms Administration Intern: will assist in the day-to-day administration; support and ongoing enhancement of Menard, Inc.’s servers. Applicants must be able to work in a secure, mission-critical production-computing environment.
IT Support Intern: responsible for providing equipment repair assistance to the Menards’s stores. Applicants will assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance work on the technical equipment; while also gaining great infrastructure technology experience.
Quality Assurance Intern: will execute test cases and automated scripts in support of quality assurance processes, application testing, and data analysis of software systems in a combined Unix/Windows environment. This position works closely with Technical Leads, Application Developers and Business Analysts to ensure testing accurately reflects the desired use of the applications.
