Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. POSITION SUMMARY
Western New York Arena (WNYA) is the management company for the facilities that host the following teams: Buffalo Sabres, and Buffalo Bandits as well as numerous musical, theatrical and family entertainment events. As a member of the Security Department, the Security Manager helps provide a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, employees and vendors at all times. The Security Manager is also responsible for enforcing arena policy and procedures while delivering a high level of customer service. This position reports to the Director of Security and will have supervisory responsibilities to the building and event staff.
