Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Summary

    The Health Information Management Technician is responsible for the processing and maintaining of all patient records received by the Health Information Department and for performing clerical functions in support of the HIM. Work situations are repetitive and routine and require organization and attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management. External contacts may include physicians and other allied health care providers, patients and their families.

    Requirements

    • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
    • One year clerical experience

    Pay and Benefit Expectations

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $18.80 - $29.64 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
