Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Center Store Manager - 1475 41St Ave., Capitola, CA 95010 USA

    The Center Store Manager ensures that our customers’ needs are met and exceeded through effective day-to-day management of the operations and merchandising functions for the Center Store Department. This position oversees Center Store product and conditions to optimize sales, profits, and customer satisfaction (including back room and steel/shelving and conditions, inventory, schematics, and pricing).

    The Center Store Manager provides leadership and direction to Center Store associates to promote a culture reflective of Lucky's mission statement and winning behaviors. This position trains and develops associates to enable their success and ability to advance in their careers. The Center Store Manager manages department performance and productivity to optimize store performance.



    Hiring pay range: $25.36 - 36.48


    Education: Two-year college degree (or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education, specialized training, or additional job experience)
    Experience: Completion of Assistant Center Store Manager rotation – or - two years equivalent management experience – or - in current Bakery Department Manager or Meat Department Manager or Produce Department Manager role
    Other: Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours; must be forklift certified
    Physical: Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequent basis. Requires lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance
