Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Ability to inspect what is expected on a daily basis using que management, reporting and accountability of the team’s efficiencies.
    • Ability to set a standard and train the team on professionalism, efficiencies and problem solving skills.
    • Analyze and report on current customer issues and productivity of the team.
    • Ability to make critical decisions of resolution with the customers satisfaction and company bottom line in mind to create a win-win.
    • Must support Grand Brand Core Values on a daily basis.
    • Must be able to work a schedule that supports the needs of the business including weekends and holidays.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Ability to lead a team and their work efforts on a daily basis.
    • Ability to be attentive and thorough to ensure that all customers are being taken care of and following up if necessary.
    • Strong analysis skills to communicate data and results to upper management to improve execution and processes.

    Physical Demands / Environment: This is an office role so multiple hours spent at a desk with a computer.

    Tools / Equipment: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple systems.

    Education and Training: College degree preferred. 2 years of experience in a call center leadership role or equivalent experience required

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $55,000.00 per year
