Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. In this role, you will work directly with Kittelson Chief Technology Officer with Kittleson’s Technology and Research Services team to coordinate the company’s national IT strategy, interface with an existing IT managed services provider, and communicate with Kittelson staff and leadership about current and future IT needs. We are looking for an individual who brings hands-on experience in the IT field, is collaborative and responsive, and is excited to help build and execute an IT vision for the firm. Location will be in one of Kittelson’s established offices.
