Customer Information Center Manager manages a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Oversees the configuration of the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Manager monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Manager reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Information Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times. $80000 - $100000 Bonus Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center. Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives. Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews. Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center. Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times. Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth Provide training for all staff as necessary Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code. Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures. Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through-put and delivery dates Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards. Manage store capacity. Lead and manage all repair facility personnel. Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings . Attend monthly managers meetings. Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team. Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours. Education and/or Experience Required Post-Secondary Education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role. Required Skills/Abilities Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
