Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     JOB SUMMARY
    The Clinical Supervisor ensures adherence to all laws and regulations related to employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs, medical waste disposal, HIPAA, CLIA and other federal, state and Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) compliance policies and procedures and promptly reports actual or potential wrongdoing. Oversees inventory and orders medical and office supplies. Oversees cleaning and maintenance of facility. Meets individually and as a group with physician for information sharing, problem solving and operational improvements. Research, develop and plan outreach/expansion programs that promote the pain center as a comprehensive center. Supervise provision of care in the Pain Center. Plan and assign work schedules to optimize patient satisfaction and efficient workflow. Review and approve time sheets and Paid Time Off requests. Participate in interview, hire and training process for new employees. Effectively manages clinical operations. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Supervise day to day function of Material Management department and staff
    • Responsible for coordination of product conversions
    • Assist in valuation of the annual inventories and other duties related to the inventory process as determined by the Controller
    • Improve contract compliance through working with departments to convert non-contracted items, and monitor success of changes in supply utilization and cost savings
    • Assist in completion of month end financial statement preparation
    • Utilize accounting systems to assist in development of reports for management and interested parties
    • Respond to all reasonable request in an appropriate and timely manner and communicate in a concise and effective way with others
    • Demonstrate flexibility to fluctuating workload and effectively prioritize assignments
    • Demonstrate Western Missouri Medical Center values in all work interactions and exhibit a positive attitude

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
