Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Summary Description
Florida National Parks Association (FNPA) is a non-profit organization that works to support all four South Florida National Park units in research, experiential education, and preservation through retail sales and fee based educational programming.
FNPA is now accepting applications for Institute Information Specialist. Candidates for this position should be detailed oriented and have customer service experience with strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills. Information Specialists act as the first point of contact between guests and FNPA. They must uphold the culture of FNPA at all times while making visitors feel valued.
Information Specialists answer inquiries in our call center and act as a concierge in the retail stores of Biscayne and at the Everglades National Park Visitor Centers.
This is a part time position not to exceed 40 hours. 3-4 days a week, 5-9 hour days. Candidates are expected to be available to work weekends and holidays.

At times could potentially be stationed at Royal Palm Visitor Center, located past the Homestead entrance of Everglades National Park.
