Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. We are looking for daytime hours Mon-Friday between 10am-4pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. Saturdays in April and May are required. This is a seasonal position ending around June 8, 2024.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance or gardening is a plus
- Ability to operate cash registers or familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
