Our client, a ranch-inspired master planned community, is looking for a Greeter to engage with the prospective buyer, assist in daily operations, tour Ranch Camp amenities and monitoring the horse pasture. This is a unique experience to work on a ranch while making a bit of extra cash. This part time position requires you to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays from 10 to 5 with occasional work on the weekdays. Job Duties:

· Greet prospective buyers, providing information regarding homes and amenities, building rapport and providing them with excellent service

· Tour and demonstrate amenities to prospective buyers

· Maintain a daily traffic report for the weekly traffic report

· Monitor horses in pasture Friday, Saturday, & Sunday and enforce pasture restrictions per posted signage

· Review, complete, and understand procedures on “Pasture Procedures & Monitoring Checklist” form for horse management and monitoring

· Report immediately any building, equipment, or marketing site area problems for repairs/maintenance or troubleshooting

· Deliver exceptional customer service to the team and prospective buyers

Qualifications

· Experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or high-end retail

· Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, teachers, hospitality, etc.

· Team player with the ability to work Friday - Sunday

· Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Former equestrian/horse care experience a plus
