CIS, a rapidly growing local company, hires the best -- people with a desire to jump in and join our fast-paced, client-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to work a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) in our Kinnelon office and/or Mahwah office.

The Client Services Department at CIS takes pride in putting our clients first and foremost at all times. We strive on being available to our clients; we excel at responding to them reactively and work hard at reaching out to them proactively. To be successful in this position, you would become knowledgeable about CIS - our products, clients, and the construction industry – be an independent worker that will take ownership of their territory and clients and service them to the best of your capabilities each time. Duties include setting up and training new clients, reaching out by calling/emailing/checking in with them, supporting the sales team with some administrative duties, and working both independently and as part of a team. To be considered, a candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, a quick learner, possess good phone and computer skills, and have knowledge of MS Office.

*Option to work in the Kinnelon or Mahwah location with a potential Hybrid opportunity after training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
