Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a team that is responsible for analyzing contact center patterns, including volumes, trends, attrition rates, and contact center representative productivities. Configures the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to automatically distribute calls uniformly among representatives. Being a Customer Information Center Supervisor monitors the productivity of customer service representatives. Ensures customer satisfaction by overseeing the call volume and redirecting inbound traffic as needed. Additionally, Customer Information Center Supervisor reviews call volume reports to coordinate and complete capacity planning within the contact center and identify potential problems. Evaluates historical and recent performance and statistics to identify trends. May act as a resource for more complex questions. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Customer Information Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Information Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Your Role

As a service technician, do you enjoy having a team of colleagues that looks after your daily planning, makes sure the right spare parts you need are delivered on time and supports you remotely when you are facing more complex technical issues?

    Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs, test and document the proper operating parameters of the equipment.

    Document all work performed daily using company provided hardware and software. Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.

    Display the ability to manage time accordingly. Must have the ability to work and solve problems independently. Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.

    Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-orientated image to customers while performing duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards.

    Perform other duties as assigned.


    To succeed, you will need

    1-2 years of technical experience maintaining and repairing various types of mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics. Experience in HVAC a plus.

    Education:

    High School diploma or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred. Knowledgeable of HVAC preferred.

    Skills:

    Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism. Able to complete work within assigned deadlines. Computer proficiency as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers. Excellent customer service and communications skills (oral and written). Must be fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.

    Employees will be subject to random drug testing.

    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.

    Travel expectations:

    Service Van that goes home every night.

    Company laptop and cell phone provided.

    Terriotry will include within state travel and some overnight stays.

    Must be available for a rotating schedule of on-call work on evenings, weekends and holidays, split between the current Technicans.
