Shift Leader Responsibilities and Duties: Shift Leaders take responsibility for all aspects of the store including but not limited to:

• Store sales
• Passion for food and quality of service
• Inspire team and lead by example with all aspects of the restaurant
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of entire location
• Provide best in class customer satisfaction
• Team building with positive culture and environment
• Inventory/ cash management
• Participate in local marketing initiatives
• Food cost control
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues
• Embody values and mission of Jersey Mike’s culture

General Manager Qualifications and Skills:

• Dependable transportation
• Willing to complete 10-week off-site training
• 1 year food experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner who can multi-task
• Dependable and punctual
• Focused and task oriented
• Must be a great leader
