Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Being a Customer Retention Manager maintains industry relationships and develops budgets and controls costs. Responsible for leading a team of retention members. Additionally, Customer Retention Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Retention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Retention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Overview :
A Lead Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on peoples faces using world class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Primary Duties :
- Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
- Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates.
- Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
- Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
- Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.

- Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
- Must have resilient positive attitude and energetic personality
- Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Physical Demands :
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
