Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Being a Customer Retention Manager maintains industry relationships and develops budgets and controls costs. Responsible for leading a team of retention members. Additionally, Customer Retention Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Retention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Retention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Medicare Basics
We are looking for career-minded individuals to join our customer service department to help in assisting and retaining our clients. We are a licensed, appointed, and certified Medicare secondary tele-digital agency/brokerage that has clients nationwide with various types of insurance plans As a customer service/retention agent, you will be helping our clients utilize their insurance to the best of their abilities.

Typical Duties
- Follow-ups with clients to ensure they are happy and understand how to use their insurance effectively.
- Helping clients find new doctors
- Assisting clients with billing issues that may arise
- Inbound and outbound calls
Helpful Experience
- Must have a basic computer skill set
- Proficient in medical and billing terminology
- 2-15 FL license in good standing (not required to start)
- Medical administrative experience is ideal but not required
