Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Being a Customer Retention Manager maintains industry relationships and develops budgets and controls costs. Responsible for leading a team of retention members. Additionally, Customer Retention Manager requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Customer Retention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Retention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Work Schedule:
9-12, 2-6 Monday - Friday
9-12 Saturday
Experience:
- Previous experience in fitness or membership sales management or a related field
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and retail management
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with inventory control processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial
