As the Customer Experience Manager, you are the face of your store! Your will lead the store's buying, selling, and customer facing operations. You are responsible for making every customer experience GREAT and building a team that represents our customer focused culture every day. This role will include guest service, training, coaching, scheduling, and front end operations.
You are entrepreneurial-minded and see your store as your own and you take pride in maximizing the daily operations of your store and your team.
