The Manager of Team Member Retention & Experience will be responsible for managing and maintaining Employee Engagement while Carrying the Culture of Flow. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Flow through monitoring the productivity, recognition and engagement of the employees of Flow, specifically within the Northern Group encompassing Charlottesville, Virginia. Our General Managers are naturally operations-focused; this role is to assist the Group President and regional team in being people-focused. This position plays a critical role in reducing turnover and helping reward our people through the development of flourishing and fulfilling careers.
