Customer Retention Manager manages all customer retention activities. Takes initiatives in customer satisfaction via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. Create job offer letters and execute with candidate to include full package offered.Attend job fairs and other networking events to attract talent.
Build relationships with school representatives for co-ops, internships, or graduating students looking for employment.Assist in outreach to former employees.
Help with retention by looking at trends and determining key facets to retaining good employees.Create more employee recognition programs as it relates directly to retention.
Create, update, and maintain all communication with anyone interested in a career with Cape Associates, Inc.Conduct exits interviews.
