Worxweb Solutions, a premier recruitment agency, is actively searching for a highly skilled and dedicated Health Insurance Retention Specialist to join the team on behalf of our client, a leader in the health insurance industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are keen to make a significant contribution by re-enrolling customers and ensuring a high level of retention.

Location: Boca Raton FL

Shift Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to previously canceled or flipped customers to re-enroll them into health plans.


• Ensure high-quality interaction and service to maintain customer satisfaction.


• Utilize strong sales techniques to meet and exceed re-enrollment targets.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or retention, preferably within the insurance sector.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.


• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.


• Must be eligible for appropriate licensing (no felonies or charges related to fraud).

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary of $850 per week, based on experience.


• Commission of $10-$30 per re-enrollment.


• Estimated total compensation of approximately $1,500 per week.
