The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing an exceptional customer service experience to retain customers
• Effective clear & concise communication with customers via phone & email
• Develop proactive routines to minimize customer issues relating to service and billing
• Investigate customer issues by listening and creating mutually beneficial outcomes
• Scheduling of termite and pest control services
• Processing payments, accurate management of customer accounts
• Communicating with technicians in the field regarding all aspects of service 

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
• Self-Starter who is detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with Mac, Google, Outlook, Email, Office, excellent communication skills
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing systems and CRM
• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Pass background check and drug screen

Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F, Saturdays
Compensation: Hourly OT, Bonuses
