Customer Service Representative

Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused service professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Successful candidate must be a team player and a strong aptitude for various software systems.
This is a customer facing role that works closely with our Operations, IT, Accounting & other teams to provide superior service not only to our customers in Rapid City, but by remotely assisting our other sites as well. Wage range between $18.00 and $21.00/hr based on experience.
The Customer Service Representative coordinates customer ordering, fulfillment and invoicing; manages proper entry of all orders and point of sale ticketing and coordinates with logistics to fulfill customer needs.
