Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders. Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves. Being a Customer Retention Supervisor offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Retention Supervisor typically reports to a supervisor or manager. - Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Requirement
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
