Customer Retention Supervisor jobs in Casper, WY
Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders. Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves. Being a Customer Retention Supervisor offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Customer Retention Supervisor typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Retention Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. About the Job
Customer Service Representative- Full-Time
Please help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.
You will assist customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. You may also be calling customers to update information, collect payments, or inform them of upcoming renewals. Our ideal applicant is comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!
Job Requirements:- Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM.
- Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
- PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
- USB Headset for taking calls.
- A dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent reading/writing skills.
- Ability to work 30 hours per week, minimum.
- Ability to work at least one weekend day per week- weekend shifts are shorter from 7 AM to 12 PM.
- Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
- Must live in Wyoming or Kansas.
