Our Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients, develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention for our P&C insurance products. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their continued satisfaction. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, will enable you to build long-lasting relationships and drive customer loyalty.
Insurance industry and office experience and knowledge is required for this position.
